| I am an experienced, caring therapist who focuses on your strengths, helping you to find
answers from within. In a warm, nurturing environment, we focus on seeing new options,
and finding internal strengths through empowerment. I have over 14 years' caring experience,
and I am one of only a few therapists who are certified, rather than just trained, in EMDR. I offer
couple's counseling, career counseling and executive coaching, as well as individual therapy to
overcome a variety of traumas or depression and anxiety. I offer a free telephone consultation
and convenient day, evening and Saturday appointments in my Mission Valley office. |
